Park Medi World
Park Medi World has acquired Agra-based KP Institute of Medical Sciences in an all-cash transaction worth ₹245 crore. The deal strengthens the hospital chain’s footprint in northern India.

Ceigall India
Ceigall India secured a ₹550-crore solar EPC order under the PM-KUSUM scheme in Madhya Pradesh, involving the installation of 130 MW (AC) solar capacity.

Federal Bank
Shares may remain active after the Competition Commission of India approved Blackstone’s proposal to acquire a 9.99% stake via warrants, enhancing the bank’s capital position.

Prestige Estates Projects
